2.1 Account Information

• Name and email address (collected during registration)
• Business name, phone number, industry, and website (optional, collected during onboarding)
• Profile picture (obtained from Facebook via public_profile permission)

2.2 Meta / Facebook Data (via OAuth)

When you connect your Facebook account, we collect the following data with your explicit consent:

• Ad Account Data — Ad Account ID, campaign data, ad performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions)
• Facebook Pages — List of Pages you manage, Page metadata required for ad campaign setup
• Business Manager Assets — Business portfolios and ad accounts linked to your Meta Business Manager

2.3 Usage Data

• IP address, browser type, and device information
• Pages visited and features used within the platform
• Campaign creation history and automation run logs

2.4 Payment Data

Payment transactions are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.

We use the data we collect strictly for the following purposes:

GigaEasy integrates with Meta's APIs through Facebook Login and the Meta Marketing API. We access the following permissions only after your explicit authorization via OAuth:

• pages_show_list — To retrieve the list of Facebook Pages you manage
• pages_read_engagement — To fetch Page metadata for ad campaign setup
• ads_read — To fetch campaign performance data for your dashboard
• ads_management — To create and manage ad campaigns on your behalf
• business_management — To access your Meta Business Manager assets

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of all Meta-sourced data associated with your account at any time by contacting us at contact@stakespark.com or by disconnecting your Facebook account from within the GigaEasy platform settings.

We share your data only with the following service providers (data processors) who help us operate the platform:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any other third parties. We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, using only the minimum information necessary.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specifically:

• Account data — Retained until you delete your account
• Campaign & automation data — Retained for 12 months after the last campaign run, then anonymized
• Meta API data (ad insights, page data) — Cached for up to 24 hours for dashboard display, then refreshed or deleted
• Logs — Retained for up to 90 days for debugging and security purposes

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing contact@stakespark.com.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
