Facebook ads budget calculator
Type in a daily budget and see a rough estimate of views, clicks and WhatsApp enquiries. The numbers are examples to help you plan, not a promise. Real results depend on your city, season, offer and photo.

How the calculator works
Facebook doesn't sell ads at a fixed price. You set a daily budget and Meta runs an auction to decide how many people see your ad. The calculator uses three simple assumptions that you can change:
- CPM is what Meta charges for 1,000 views. It is higher in big cities, during festivals and for narrow audiences.
- CTR is the share of viewers who tap your ad. A clear offer and a real photo push it up.
- Tap-to-enquiry rate is how many of those taps turn into a WhatsApp chat or call. It depends on your offer and how quickly you reply.
Views = budget ÷ CPM × 1,000. Taps = views × CTR. Enquiries = taps × tap-to-enquiry rate. If you change any one assumption, the estimate moves a lot. That's why it helps to run a small test first.
How to use the estimate
- Work backwards from a sale. If one customer is worth ₹1,500 to you and 1 in 5 enquiries buys, you can afford up to about ₹300 per enquiry.
- Start small and measure. Run ₹200–₹500 a day for 5–7 days. Count the real chats and calls you get, then put your real numbers back into the calculator.
- Improve the ad before raising the budget. A better photo or a sharper offer often doubles enquiries for the same money.

Is this calculator accurate?
It gives a planning estimate, not a guarantee. Real costs change with your city, season, audience and ad quality. Run a small test, then enter your real numbers for a better estimate.
What is a good cost per enquiry in India?
It depends on what a customer is worth to you. A sweet shop can afford far less per enquiry than a property dealer. Work out what one sale is worth and how many enquiries usually turn into a sale.
What is the minimum daily budget?
On GigaEasy you can start from ₹100 per day. Most local businesses do better with ₹200–₹500 per day for the first week.
